This Amous TMS update introduces Fleet Documents - one page for every driver, truck, and trailer expiration, with expired items, upcoming renewals, and Safety Holds easy to spot - and lets you uplift an entire order's rate in one action instead of trip by trip. It also adds region and radius matching to Centralized Dispatch, Margin Percentage on orders, the Drop Trailer form in every event editor, and awarded lane exports from your contracts.
Fleet Documents: Every Expiration in One Place
We have added Fleet Documents - a single page that shows expiration dates for your drivers, trucks, and trailers together, so you no longer have to open each profile to see what is coming due.
Choose which expiration types to show - licenses, documents, certifications, registrations, permits, inspections, insurance, and more - then sort and filter by entity type, expiration date, status, Safety Hold, and days remaining. Expired items, items approaching expiration, and items currently causing a Safety Hold are easy to pick out at a glance.
You will find it under Fleet > Documents.
Order Action Center: Uplift the Whole Order
We have added an Apply Order Rate Uplift action to the Order Action Center, so you can uplift an entire order at once instead of uplifting each trip individually. The uplift is applied to the combined rate of all trips on the order - for example, 15% on top of the sum of three trip rates.
To uplift an order - Order Details > Order Action Center > Apply Order Rate Uplift > choose what to uplift (rates, charges) and enter a percentage or flat amount > Save. The action is available for orders that are Planned, Booked, In Transit, or Delivered, and uses the same form as the trip-level uplift.
Centralized Dispatch: Region and Radius Matching
We have updated region and added radius matching to Centralized Dispatch - the geographic filter that decides which loads surface for a driver and which drivers surface for a load. Match by one or more geofence zones, by a mileage radius around an address, or both.
Zones are the baseline; add a radius and matching reaches across zone boundaries around that address, and when both are set you see results that fit either one. The filter works in both directions, anchored on where the driver becomes available, and the Origin filters are now labeled Origin/Driver Location and Origin/Driver Zone to make that clear.
Drop Trailer: Trailer Form in Every Event Editor
We have added the Drop Trailer pickup and drop form to the event editors on Trip Details, Order Details, and Route Builder, so you can record the picked-up and dropped trailer wherever you edit an event.
Open an event with the pencil tool on any of those screens and the trailer pickup/drop fields are there.
Margin Percentage on Orders
We have added Margin Percentage alongside the existing margin amount on Order Details, the dispatch board report, and the View Order page. It is calculated as (order rate − trip rate) ÷ order rate × 100, using the combined order and trip rates when an order has several trips.
Margin Percentage is also available as a field on the order and trip report.
Contracts: Export Awarded Lanes
We have added an option to export awarded lanes from both Carrier Contracts and Customer Contracts.
UI & Reporting Updates
The Accessorials dropdown is now searchable, like the References dropdown.
Switching branches now keeps you on the same main page instead of navigating away.
Available Drivers can now be filtered by the geofence zone color of a driver's last known location.
Trip View reports can now include the customer's Branch Name.
The toll charge report now includes branch.
Modal windows and form footer buttons have a refreshed design.
