This release delivers UI and usability enhancements across messaging, maps, and the Dispatch Board, along with improved tracking visibility. It also adds repeat late notifications, expanded rate and weight controls, smarter Available Drivers logic, and new fleet archiving capabilities for cleaner system management.
UI Updates
We have made a few updates across the system:
Driver/Dispatcher Messages - Driver/Dispatcher messages have been updated to display paragraphs. In order to make a paragraph, users need to hit enter + shift.
Trailer Map - When users click on a trailer or trailer cluster on the map, the pop-up form will contain idle information and time spent in the current geofence.
Dispatch Board Tracking Info - When users click on the tracking info on a specific trip, it will now show full fleet information (Driver Name, Truck Number, and Trailer Number)
Dispatch Board Tracking Icon - The tracking icon has been moved to the shortcut panel on the right side of the loads before the notes icon.
Notification Setup Update
The notification config for Late Prediction has been expanded with the ability to repeat the notification. This means that now the system can be set up to send you a notification every hour when a shipment is late.
To set this up, your system administrator will need to go to Menu > Configurations > Communication > Notifications Tab > Edit Existing Notification Trigger or add a new one using the + icon next to Notification Configuration
API Carrier Quote Number Override
We have expanded the user permissions so that some users can have the option to manually update the Quote Number inside the Edit Carrier Rate form.
To add this permission to a specific user role, your system admin will need to go to Menu > View > User Permissions > Edit existing or create a new one > Inside the Trip Section, enable Carrier Rate Quote Number Overwrite
Customer Rate Weight Sync
We have added the ability to enable Synchronize Items Weight for the Order Rate - If this is enabled, changing the Item Weight will notify users and update the Weight inside of the Order Rate as well.
Available Drivers Enhancements
We have made some changes to the Available Drivers Screen:
Future Availability Location Logic - Instead of showing the current trip's final location, we will now look at all loads that have been assigned to the driver in the future and show the last delivery location inside the system for that driver.
Reserve Button - All reserve actions were switched to use an Icon instead of the big Reserve Button for a better user experience and more visibility for other columns.
Previous Trip, Current Trip, and Next Trip - We have added the ability to search in the columns by entering trip information
Archive Fleet
We have added the ability to archive fleet (Driver, Truck, Trailer). Once archived, only people with the necessary permission will be able to view or update what has been archived.
To archive a fleet object, the user will need to have the Fleet Archive User Permission added to their role, and the Fleet Object must not be connected to another one (For Example, Truck and Trailer need to be unassigned from the driver before Archiving)
Inside each of the fleet lists, there will be a separate tab called Archived Drivers/Trucks/Trailers - Users with the correct permission will have access to this tab; If the user does not have read or write permission, they will not see this tab.
