Our latest release introduces refined UI updates, expanded reporting options, a new EDI Accessorial Mapper, and powerful enhancements to driver availability tools—making navigation smoother, visibility clearer, and workflows faster across Amous TMS.
UI Updates
We have made a couple of UI updates inside the system:
ETA in Order/Trip Details - The ETA will now be bold, so it is easier to see.
Dispatch Board - A lot of the colors were changed to bring a more balanced user experience.
Report Tabs - All of the tabs have been updated to a new form for a better user experience. You can find some of these tabs under View > Trip, View > Order, etc.
Customer Invoice - Additional Fields
The Customer Invoice list has been expanded with 3 new reportable fields:
Carrier Invoice Total
Carrier Invoice Status
Margin
To add these to a report, you will need to open the Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Click on Invoices > Click on Customer > Click Edit Report > On the left side of the pop-up up you can add a column or change any of the existing columns to these new fields.
EDI Accessorial Mapper
We have added an EDI Accessorial Mapper to our tools, allowing us to set up mapping for accessorials without development, increasing the speed at which we do EDI setups
Available Drivers
We have expanded the Available Drivers screen with a couple of new features for ease of use:
Previous Trip: This field can be added to the Available Drivers list to track the driver's previous trip
Dispatching Group Column: The column header search function has been updated to a drop-down menu where users can select multiple dispatch groups to filter drivers
Location Map: If users click on a last known location, it will open the map from the right with the location pinned; if users hover over it, they will get additional information about that location.
