Amous TMS now lets you create Trailer Watchlists with notifications when selected trailers are assigned to trips, making it easier to track service or returns. We’ve also refreshed the UI with smoother pop-up controls and rounded menus. Plus, Polaris API integration is now available for instant quoting and booking.
UI Updates
We have made a few adjustments to the UI inside of Amous TMS:
We removed the tab used to move pop up windows, now users can simply click on the top of the pop up and drag it around.
The sliding Menu will now have more rounded corners
Trailer Activity Watchlist
The system has been expanded with the ability to create Trailer Watchlists. They can be utilized to get notifications on specific trailers once they get assigned on a trip. This tool can be utilized to track trailers that might need service or that need to be returned.
To access it you would need to open up the Menu > Click on Fleet > Trailer Activity > Click "Create Trailer Activity" > Select the trailers you need to track > Submit
Notifications need to be set up as well - To do so you will need to go to Menu > Configurations > Communication > Click on Notifications tab > Click on + next to Notification Configuration > Enter the Name for the notification config > Select the Trailer Assigned to Trip from the Trigger Drop Down > Select Trailer from Object Type > What roles need to get it if internal message type is selected > Select Notification Level > Select Message Types and add the email's if necessary > Click Submit
