Major UI refresh across the system, expanded trailer tracking history, updated truck profiles, enhanced Dispatch Board and Available Drivers views, driver signature support, new fleet vendor reporting options, and improved expense handling.
UI Updates
We have put extensive work into updating the UI in a variety of locations to refresh the system andenhance usability
Trailer Tracking History - The trailer tracking history has been expanded to show the Trip # it was assigned to at the time of the ping
Truck Profile - The Truck Profile has been updated to match the Trailer Profile's layout and design
All of the following screens have received some sort of update, the date and time selectors, drop downs, how the button and check boxes look as well as the general style:
Every screen under Invoices, Views, Fleet, Contracts, Templates, Dispatch, Configurations, the Dispatch Board;
Driver Signatures
We have updated the system to show the driver's signature for:
Payroll - When drivers sign to approve their payroll, the signature will be displayed inside of the payroll on the top of the screen
Rate - If the driver accepts the rate when dispatched and signs for it, it will not be displayed in the Rate section of the Trip Details Page
Fleet Vendor Reportable Field
The Fleet Vendor List has been enhanced with a new field: Active.To add this field to your report you will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Click on Fleet > Click on Vendor > Select the report you wish to expand from the Select Report drop down in the top right corner of the screen > Click on Edit Report > You will be able to add Active as a Filter or a reportable field from this screen.
Dispatch Board
We have expanded the Dispatch Board with the following capabilities:
The assigned Truck and Trailer number will be displayed under the Driver Name
We have added the ability to edit the dispatch board displayed columns and the order in which they appear.
To do so users will need to click on Edit View in the Top Right of the Dispatch Board list of Trips/Orders > From here they will be able to click and drag to put the data in the desired order. Additionally the Check Boxes can be used to remove columns from appearing on the board. This is unique for every user
Available Drivers
We’re excited to announce updates to the Available Drivers feature, designed to give you more flexibility and control.Navigate to Main Menu (top-left) > Available Drivers > All Drivers to access the new page. Here you can select from multiple choices to create your own customized report or view.With the Edit View option, you can easily drag and drop fields and toggle features on or off to tailor thepage to your needs.The new page provides deeper insights into your operations, including:
Tracking trucks and driver availability
Viewing current load assignments and the next booked load
Seeing where drivers will be available (delivery point of current load)
Adding comments and notes for additional context
Expenses
We have made updates to the Expenses inside of Amous TMS. When creating an expense inside of theDriver's Profile users will now need to select the Expense Type (these are added inside of the configurations- You can reach out to implementation@amoustms.com for assistance), Charge Type and the Expense Party (driver or vendor)
Fleet Vendor: Change Branch
Users will now be able to change the Fleet Vendor's branch if entered incorrectly on the wrong branch.To do so, Users with the permission will need to go to Main Menu > Click Fleet > Click Vendor > Click on the three dots on the right side of the Fleet Vendor they need to move > Click Change Branch > Select a Child Division or Parent Division to move the Vendor.
