This release brings powerful updates to Amous TMS, including enhanced trailer location mapping, vendor and driver assignment safeguards, new fuel-based accessorial options. We’ve also added GPS & Fleet integration, vendor inactivation controls, and mass payroll status updates for faster operations.

Fleet Trailer - Last Known Location Updates


We have made some changes to the Last Known Locations inside of the Trailer Profile:

a. We have switched the position of the latitude and longitude inside of the report to be longitude first followed by latitude

b. We have added a Show Map button - When clicked it will open map in new window that will show the last know location of the trailer 


Shared Accessorial


We have expanded Fuel Related Shared Accessorial Configurations to allow fuel scales to be applied based on Last Weeks Fuel.

To set this up users will need to open Main Menu > Expand Tempaltes > Click on Shared Accessorial > Create New or Edit Existing One > Select Last Week from the Time Period drop-down > Submit 


Driver/Vendor Updates


We driver vendor relationships and rules have been updated in two significant ways to reduce user error while using Amous TMS:

a. If a driver is assigned to a vendor - The system will only allow users to connect that driver to a Truck that is also assigned to that vendor

b. If the Driver and Vendor rating engine is not configured the system will inform users that the Driver and Vendor rate is $0 before allowing them to assign that Driver & Vendor to a Trip. 


Fleet Truck and Trailer Reports


The Fleet Truck and Fleet Trailer List Reports have been enhanced with a new field : Last Know Location: Source

This field will display the source of Last Know Location - If it is integration, trip or manual entry by user

To add this field to any of your reports you will need to open Main Menu > Expand Fleet > Click on Truck/Trailer > OPen the report you want to update using the Report Drop-Down in the Top Right of the Screen > Click Edit Report > Add Field in the left side of the form > Select Last Known Location: Source > Update existing report or create a new one > Done 


Customer Total Field in Driver App


We have added a new permission for Driver User Types that will allow you to let the drivers see the Customer Total from the Trip Rate. 

To enable this for specific Driver User Permissions - Users will need to open up Main Menu > Expand Views > Click on User Permissions > Edit existing Driver User Permission or Create a New One > Make sure that Fleet Rate Customer Total is set to True (Checked Green) > Save > If necessary update Driver Profiles with New User Permission 


Fleet Vendor


The fleet Vendor Profile has been enhanced with the ability to flag Fleet Vendor as Inactive once they leave the company. Once a vendor is set to Inactive it cannot be assigned to any Fleet (Truck, Trailer or Driver) and the vendor cannot be assigned on a trip.

There are a few rules before deactivating a Vendor, users must ensure that:

a. No Trucks, Trailers or Drivers are assigned to that Vendor

b. The Vendor is not associated with any active Trips (Statuses: Rated, Dispatched, Booked or In Transit) 


GPS and Fleet API


We are happy to announce that we have partnered with GPS and Fleet to bring a new Tracking Integration to Amous TMS.

Driver and Vendor Payrolls


The Driver and Vendor Payroll Lists have been enhanced with the ability to Mass Update Statuses. 

To do this users will simply navigate to the Payrolls List > Check the Payrolls they want to Mass Update > Go to Actions > Update Status > Select Status you wish to apply and click submit > Select Submit Option (By Report, Selected or Exclude Selected) & Click Submit
