Driver Mobile App: Payroll Updates
The Driver Mobile App has received a number of updates around the functionality of Payroll:
Payroll Created Notification - Once a drivers payroll reaches a status that is configured as visible to the drivers inside your environment - They will receive a notification from their mobile app that there is a new payroll ready to be viewed.
Driver Payroll Review - The system has been expanded with the ability to have drivers review payroll, accept or decline it if they have an issue with it.
To set up Payroll Status for Accepted or Declined system administrators will need to open Main Menu > Configurations > Mobile Application > Select "Driver Payroll Accept Default Status" & "Driver Payroll Accept Default Status" from their corresponding drop-downs and once a driver Accepts or Declines a payroll the Payroll Status will Change depending on what is selected - If not configured nothing will change.
Payroll Terms and Conditions - Users can now add a Payroll Terms and Conditions document inside of Configurations > Invoices > Fleet Invoices > Payroll Section.
Once this has been added when the driver opens the Payroll Section they will be prompted to read and accept the terms of condition before proceeding to view and interact with the Payroll section. This will happen only when you first upload a document and if you change the document they will be prompted to sign again.
Bestpass Horizon
We have expanded the Bestpass Integration to allow users to add both the EZ Pass Transponder and the Horizon/Horizon Voyager Sticker number for toll matching.
To add this to a Truck users would need to open up the Main Menu > Expand Fleet > Click on Truck > Find the Unit you wish to add the Bestpass Horizon sticker number for toll matching > Click on the Pen Icon > Scroll down to Integrations (Or Truck Integrations if connected to driver) > Click on the + icon, select Bestpass Horizon from the drop-down & enter the Bestpass Horizon Sticker Number > Click Submit to save and you are done
Document Creation Updates
We have made changes to the way Large Document Generation is processed - Namely inside of Master Invoices Screen - If users initiate document generation the system will stop them from initiating it once again and a message will let them know that this process is already in progress.
Fuel Prices
We have expanded the Fuel Prices inside of the system to include Monthly Fuel Price for the previous month in addition to the Weekly Fuel Price that we receive from the DOE. This Monthly Fuel Price can be utilized when setting up Fuel Surcharge from Fuel Scales inside of Amous TMS.
Dispatch Board: Organize by Lane ID
The Dispatch Board reporting functionality has been updated to allow Organize By to be set to Lane ID. There are two ways for users to utilize this Organize By functionality:
1. From the Dispatch Board Screen > Select Report you would like to update by using the drop down in the top right corner of the screen > Click on Edit report > Click on the Organize By drop-down and select Lane ID > You can update any filters you would like to at this time > Update existing report or save as new report
2. From the Dispatch Board Screen > Click on the Organize By drop-down near the top center of the screen > Scroll down to Lane ID and click it > It will organize your selected report by Lane ID
Vendor Rating Engine Enhancement
Vendor Compensation inside of the Rating Engine can be connected to specific trucks allowing users to set up different payrates for the vendor depending on what truck is being utilized.
To set this up users would need to open up the Main Menu > Expand Fleet > Click on Vendor > Find the vendor that needs to be set up this way and click on the Pen icon > Click on the Rating Engine tab > Click on the Pen Tool next to an existing compensation OR click on the + to add new compensation details > Fill it out and select the Trucks from the Trucks drop-down in the bottom left of the screen.
Driver and Vendor Payroll Enhancements
We have made a couple of enhancements to the Driver and Vendor Payroll Details Screens:
Available Data: This Box will show how many transactions are available and assigned for that specific Driver/Vendor - If users click on the number of Available Transactions they can select which ones apply for that specific payroll so they can be pulled in.
Selected Count: If users click on the Fuel or Toll tabs inside of the Payroll Details > They will be able to see how many transactions were selected and pulled into the payroll.
PrePass API
We are happy to announce that we have partnered up with PrePass to bring an API integration in addition to the sFTP one that we had available for enhanced Toll Charge Visibility. To set this integration up - Please reach out to implementation@amoustms.com
Driver Cards
We have added a Filter By Customer feature to the Driver Cards which would allow users to search specific loads and the drivers that are doing them based on the customer for the associated Order.
To utilize this functionality users would simply go to the Driver Cards (Main Menu > Driver Cards) and click on the Select Customer Drop Down near the center of the screen
