Discover powerful updates in Amous: enhanced pivot tables, dispatch filters, driver app T&Cs, major payroll upgrades, mass fuel/toll assignment with visibility into unassigned transactions, advanced location templates, driver card UI, and Fullbay integration.

Equipment Service Pivot Table


We have added Trailer Year to the Equipment Service Pivot Table

To add this to you Pivot Table report > Go to Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click on Equipment Service > Click on the Pivot tab > Select the report you want to add this field to in the top right corner of the sreen > Click Edit Report > Add Field > Select Trailer Year > Click Update Report/Or Save As New > Click on Fields Icon in the Right Side of the screen and add the field where you need it


Created By Filter


The dispatch board has been expanded with a Created By dropdown which will allow users to filter results by who created the Order/Trip


Default Inspection Template


We have added the ability to use a drop down to select the Default Inspection Template for pick up or delivery if you have Inspection Templates set as Required.

To set this up your system administrator will need to go to Main Menu > Configurations > Mobile Application > Select default inspection template for Pick Up/Drop


Drive App


The driver app has been expanded with some signifiant changes that can be set up on your account:

1. User Terms and Conditions - The system can be loaded with User Terms and Conditions which would should up on the driver app and would need to be accepted and signed prior to accessing the app for the first time

2. Rate Terms and Conditions - The system can be set up to require drivers to Sign and Approve Rate and Terms for every load.

To set these up please reach out to your Amous Representative. 


Driver and Vendor Payroll


The Driver and Vendor Payrolls and Payroll Lists have been expanded with some functionality:

- We have expanded the Driver and Vendor Payroll and Payroll Lists with a Negative Balance field - This field can be used to show the negative balance for a driver/vendor payroll.

- We have added on the bottom the ability to see how many Fuel and Toll transactins are Unassigned or Not Part of a Payroll > If clicked they will expand from the side allowing users to assign to Truck/Driver and later on add to a payroll


Fuel and Toll Charges


We have added the ability to Mass Assign Fuel and Toll Charges > If users select the fuel or toll charges that need to be assigned > Click Assign Driver/Truck in the bottom right > Select the Driver and/or Truck that they need to be assigned and click submit it will assign all selected tolls to them

You can access the Fuel and Toll charges from the Payroll's Screen or by going int Main Menu > Fleet > and clicking on Fuel Charges or Toll Charges


Driver Cards


We have added the UI Settings for Driver Card Hight and Style in the driver cards screen - Users can click the new Blue Setting Cog button located in the top left corner the Driver Cards screen to change the Style and Size of their Driver Cards View


Location Templates


We have expanded the Location Templates with the following:

- Specify if this location is Appointment Based or FCFS - If it is FCFS users can add different hours for Shipping and Receiving

- Select any Services that would apply to this location (For Example: Restricted Delivery)

- If Appointment Hours are added - Users will be able to preset the comments for that Appointment as well as a Contact for Scheduling the Appointment

To add or edit a Location Template users will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Templates > Click on Location > Add or Edit an existing template


Assign Driver Rate - No Truck Required


We have made it possible to select a Driver Rate without the need to select which truck he will be using for that trip.


Customer Profile


We have expanded the customer profile with field "CBSA" for Canadian Customers. 

To update a Customer Profile users will need to go into Main Menu > Expand Views > Click on Branches > Select the Customer they need to update > Click on the Pen icon and update the field accordingly. It can also be added to a report here by clicking on Edit Report.


Fullbay Integration
