Fleet Profiles

The fleet profile has been expanded with the ability to Edit View - Allowing users to Only Display Detail Tabs that they need to utilize

To do this users will need to go to Main Menu > Click on Fleet > Click on Drivers, Trucks or Trailers > Click on the Pen icon next to a Fleet Record to open their Profile > Click on Edit View above the Detail Tabs > Select the Order of Tabs and which ones you want to Display 

Fleet Maintenance Updates

We have made a few updates to the Fleet Service/Maintenance inside of Amous:

1. Estimates - We have expanded fleet service with the ability to create Estimates for a specific service from different vendors and once you decide who you will use you can turn that Estimate into an Service Invoice once the service is completed.

To add an estimate inside of Equipment Service you can go to Main Menu > Click on Fleet > Click on Maintenance > Click add Truck or Trailer Service in the bottom right > Enter Service Information > Click on Estimates in the top left > Click on Add Estimate in the Bottom Left > Here you can select the Service Vendor and add information on the estimate they provided

2. Multiple Invoices - Users can now create multiple invoices for a single service record if this is necessary with the ability to have different service vendors set up for different services. For example: Towing and Repair handled by different companies.

To add an additional invoice to the Service Record users will first go into an existing service record or create a new one using the instructions from above > Click on Invoice 1 > Fill out the invoice information for the first Invoice > Click on Add New Invoice in the bottom left - this will create Invoice 2 and this can be repeated multiple times > If you need to remove an invoice > Click on the Invoice in the top left > Click Remove Invoice from the left side of the screen.

3. Pull Odometer Reading into Service Record - Once a user creates a service record - As long as they have a compatible ELD Integration - The odometer value that has been recorded inside of the Unit will get automatically pulled in as the Odometer value for that service 

Carrier Profile

The carrier profile has been expanded with the ability to Edit View - Allowing users to Only Display Detail Tabs that they need to utilize

To do this users will need to go to Main Menu > Click on Views > Click on Carriers > Click on the Pen icon next to a Carrier to open their Profile > Click on Edit View above the Detail Tabs > Select the Order of Tabs and which ones you want to Display 

Dispatch Board

We have added the ability to filter reports inside of the Dispatch Board by using the Driver Domicile Terminal

To do this first users will need to navigate to the Dispatch Board > Once on the Dispatch Board click on Edit Report in the top right corner > Click + to add the filter on the right side of the screen > Click Driver Domicile Terminal from the drop down, select the Filter Type (Equal, Not Equal, Contain, Not Contain etc.) > And enter the value you want to filter by > Click Save as New > Enter the Report Name > Submit
