We’ve expanded the character limit for Order Special Instructions and introduced several UI updates. Trip and Order Details now feature separate Carrier and Fleet Rate tabs, customizable visible tabs, and an optional second row of detail tabs. Hybrid Driver Cards have also been updated to show Location Name above Event City/State for the first and last trip events.
Trip/Order Details Page UI Updates
The Trip & Order Details Page has received the following UI Updates:
1. Carrier/Fleet Rates Tab on Trip Details - The Carrier/Fleet Rates Tab has been split into two separate tabs Carrier Rates and Fleet Rates.
2. Order/Trip Detail Tabs Edit - We have added the ability for users to edit which tabs they will see.
To edit the visible tabs users will simply need to open up Orde/Trip details page > Scroll down to the Detail Tabs > Click on Edit View > Uncheck the Tabs they want to hide > Click Save
3. Additional Detail Tab Row Config - The second row of Detail Tabs will be hidden by default now but your system administrator will be able to enable this for you.
To do so your system administrator will need to go into Configurations > UI > Dispatch Details Tab > Set Show Bottom Tabs to yes in Order or Trip side > Submit
Driver Cards UI Update
The Driver Cards have received a small update to the Hybrid Cards > Location Name will now be shown above Event City and State for the Trip First and Last event
To enable Hybrid Cards, your system administrator will need to go into Configurations > UI > Driver Card Tab > Select Hybrid in the Card View drop-down > Click Submit
