The Equipment Service Notification Email now includes the Service Name, Unit Number, and Service Date. A new feature allows users to receive overdue service notifications based on odometer readings or service dates, with customizable repeat settings. Additionally, services will automatically be marked as "Completed" when an Invoice Date or Performed Date is entered.
Equipment Service Notification Email Update
We have made some enhancements to the Equipment Service Notification Email - The email that get's sent out when a new Equipment Service is scheduled will contain the Service Name, the Unit Number and the Service Date.
Service Overdue Notifications
We have added the ability to create notifications when Equipment Service is OverDue. This can be set up to notify users if Odometer number goes over scheduled Equipment Service Value or if the current date is past the Planned Service Date. Additionally users will be able to set up how often this notification get's repeated.
To set this up, your System Admin will need to navigate to the Main Menu > Expand Configurations > Open Communication > Go to the Notifications Tab > Click the + Icon next to Notification Configuration > Enter a Name for the Notification Config > For the Trigger select Truck Service Overdue or Trailer Service Over Due > Object Type select Truck or Trailer > Select the Roles that will get this notification if sent inside of system > Select the Notification Level > Set if you want Notification Sound > Repeat Type: Select if you want this to repeat every few hours, days or months > Repeat Value: Enter the number of Hours, Days or Months that you want this notification to trigger again > Select Message Types: Internal, Email or Both > If email Selected set Email Types to Static and enter the Emails inside Static Emails > Click Submit
Completed Status
The system will set Equipment Service in Completed status if there is an Invoice Date or Performed Date present
