Automated Equipment Service Based on Odometer Values, searchable menu, filtering by order type, inspections on trips and many more. This release is full of useful features for companies of all sizes!
Dispatch Board: Order Type Filter
We have expanded the dispatch board with the ability to Filter by using the Order Type Field.
To create a report with this filter, users will have to navigate to the Dispatch Board, click on Edit Report in the top right corner of the screen > Click on the + Icon next to Exact matching filters (or add multiple matching filters) > Select Order Type from the first dropdown, select the way you want the filter to function (exact match, contains, etc.), from the second dropdown and finally enter the value you want to filter with in the last field.
Menu: Search Function
The Main Menu has been expanded with a search bar.
This search bar can be used to find main screens as well as Configuration Options and their sub-tabs for faster navigation.
To access it users will simply need to expand the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen and they will see the search bar just under the pinned branches.
Auto-Maintenance
We are happy to announce that the Auto-Maintenance feature for Truck and Trailer equipment services has been released!
Equipment Service Auto-Create Configuration
The Equipment Service Auto-Create configurations are the driving force of the Auto-Create Logic and here is where the users will be able to set parameters for the Equipment Service Auto-Create:
1. Service Type - Select the service type, this is mandatory
2. Service Vendor - Select the service vendor you want set for this Equipment Service, this is not required
3. Interval - What interval/how often does this service need to get done, for example oil change every 50000 Miles
4. Approaching Next Service Interval - How many miles/days/hours before the interval do we want to Create the Service automatically.
5. Truck/Trailer Types - Select what truck/trailer types will have this Equipment Service Auto-Created.
To set this up, your Amous System Admin will need to go to Main Menu > Fleet > Fleet Truck OR Fleet Trailer > Click on the Maintenance Tab > Click on the + next to Auto-Create Equipment Service > Fill it out and Submit!
Equipment Service Created - Notification
In order to increase visibility for this feature we have added an two additional Notification Triggers: Truck Service Creation and Trailer Service Creation - These can be set up to notify the the corresponding users that a new Equipment Service has been created so that they may start scheduling/working on it.
To set this up, your Amous System Admin will need to go to the Main Menu > Communications > Notifications Tab > Here they will need to click on the + icon next to Notification Configuration > Enter a name for the notification, select one of the mentioned triggers from the Trigger drop-down > Select the Object types, roles that need to get notification inside of system, update the message types (Internal/Email)if email add static email addresses of everyone that needs to get notified.
Auto-Maintenance: Equipment Service Template
To make thing easier we have added the ability to create Equipment Service Templates for services you do often so that you can create them in just a few clicks!
To create the template, users will need to go to the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Templates > Open Equipment Service > Click Create Equipment Service in the bottom right > Here you can enter the Template ID for this service, select the service type the service vendor (Not required), the Truck or Trailer type and lastly enter the Interval and the Interval UOM > Click Submit and now you have an Equipment Service Template!
To apply this template, users will need to go into Main Menu > Fleet > Maintenance > Click on Create Truck or Create Trailer Equipment Service > In the top left corner there will be a place to select template based on the type of the vehicle and the vehicle types.
Inspection Table on Trip
The trip details section has been expanded with an Inspections tab. It is located next to the References tab at the bottom of the details page and will show all inspections that the driver did in association to this Trip.
Maintenance - Image Crop & Rotate
Once images are uploaded into the maintenance record, users will be able to rotate and crop the image as needed.
To do so, once an image has been added in the Maintenance record, users will need to navigate to that Maintenance record by going to Main Menu > Expanding Fleet > Clicking on Maintenance > Click the Pen icon next to the record where you need to update the image > Click on Documents in the top of the right section > Click on the Image that needs to be edited > Click on the Pen Icon inside the Image > Crop or Rotate as necessary > Click Submit
Payroll: Fuel/Toll Transactions Edit View
We have added the ability to edit the Fuel and Toll views inside of the Driver and Vendor Payroll Screens.
To do this, users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click on Payroll > Open a Driver or Vendor Payroll > Go to the Toll or Fuel tabs > Click on the three dots at the far right side of the column headers > Click Edit View > Here you can pick what you need to see and in which order, once done click Save
