Enjoy a refreshed UI with updated icons, factoring fields in invoice reports, and middle name support in driver profiles. New trip-splitting tools, bulk integration imports, updated trailer idle time ranges, and expanded truck specs make managing operations easier than ever
UI Updates
We have made a few changes to the UI within Amous TMS:
1. When users pin Claims to to the sidebar - It will now have a different icon instead of the View Icon.
If you need to pin this view to your sidebar, open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Views > Navigate to Claims and click on the + icon on the right side of it to pin it.
2. We have expanded Master Invoices List and Customer Invoices list with factoring related Fields:
Exported to Factoring: Sent By
Exported to Factoring: Integration Type
Exported to Factoring: Sent Date
To add any of these to a new or existing report you will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click Customer or Master Invoices > Eddit Report > Add the new fields/filter by them then click on Save as New or Update Report.
3. We have added Middle Name to the driver profile.
To update the driver profile users will first need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click on Driver > Open up a Drivers Profile > Enter their middle name > Submit
Trailer Idle Time Values Updated
The Idle Time values inside report's for Fleet Trailer, Fleet Map and Trailer Dashboards have been updated to display the following values:
0-7 Days
7-14 Days
14-21 Days
More than 21 Days
To add Idle Time to your trailer reports you will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click Trailer > Select the report you want to update > Click on Edit Report in the top right corner - Add the field Idle Time > Update or Save as New > Done
Truck Specifications
We have expanded the Truck Specifications to allow tracking of the Engine Type and Box Truck related information like:
Box Height
Box Width
Box Lenght
To update a Fleet Truck Profile users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click Truck > Open up a truck's profile > Select the Specifications Tab > Click on the pen icon by Specifications > Enter the box information > Submit
Easier Splitting of Trips
The trip profile has been enhanced with two new buttons:
Split - This will automatically take the users to the Route Builder, create two trips, and split the events into those two orders with window to enter the location for the split open - Once users enter the Location of the split and hit submit they will have a split trip all they will need to do is click update in the bottom left of the screen and then assign the Carriers/Drivers to the trip's
Split By Favorite Terminal - This will allow users to do everything from above, but instead of users having to enter the location manually it will give them the dropdown of their existing favorite terminals
Truck/Trailer Import: Integrations
We have expanded the Truck & Trailer imports with the ability to import integration connections in bulk!
To access this feature you will need to have an account with administrative access > Go to Main Menu > Imports > Select Truck/Trailer > Add Rows > Fill out the Import Sheet with the necessary information for each truck > Click Submit and this will automatically add the integration connections (external ID's) to the Trucks and Trailers.
