Version 3.43.0 introduces an Invoices Tab in Order Details for viewing and printing customer-related documents, new reportable fields for Trailer List and Driver/Vendor Payroll Pivot, and a filter for loaded trailers on the Fleet Map. It also includes updates to Driver Cards, Customer Invoices, Available Drivers, Trailer Tracking Integration, and Driver Payrolls on the mobile app.
Invoice Tab in Order
We have updating the Order Details with an Invoices Tab. This will be where the Customer Rate, Customer Invoices & Invoice Related documents will be viewable and printable.
To view the new Invoices Tab within the Order Details, users will first need to open an Order from the Dispatch Board or from View > Orders. Once in the Order Details, there will be a "$" icon in the top right corner > When pressed it will open up the Invoices tab which will show all Customer Invoices related to that Order and the Documents associated with them.
Trailer List: Reportable Fields
We have updated the Trailer List with the following fields:
- Last Known Location: Latitude
- Last Known Location: Longitude
To add these to a report, users will first need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click on Trailer > Click Edit Report in the top right corner > Click Add Fields in the left side of the form > Select the new fields from the dropdown > Update or Save the report and it will be available
Driver/Vendor Payroll Pivot: Add Payroll Charges
We have expanded the Payroll Pivot Tables with new reportable fields. Previously, users were only able to do pivot charges based on driver/vendor invoices. Now, any additional accessorials from the payroll can be added to the table.
In order to add these new fields to a report, users will first need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click on Payroll > Go to the Payroll Pivot or the Vendor Payroll Pivot Tabs > Edit Report in the Top Right > All the new fields will start with CHRG(Payroll) > Once added to the report you can build out your pivot table as desired.
Fleet Map: Trailers
We have updated the Trailer Fleet Map with the ability to filter if the trailer is Loaded.
To see this new filter, users will need to navigate to the Fleet Map by clicking in the top left corner of the screen to open the Main Menu then clicking on Fleet Map > Once in the fleet map click Trailer > There will be a switch that says Loaded - If enabled it will show loaded trailers only.
Driver Cards
We have added the Comments section from the driver profile into the Driver Cards to be viewable and editable.
To view this in your system users will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Click on Driver Cards > If you click on the driver on the left side of the screen, the driver card will open from the right and the Comments will be visible on top.
Customer Invoice: Factoring Fee
We have added the ability to add Factoring Fee calculation for better insight on Invoices. This will not change the amount of the invoice but simply allow reporting and visibility for factoring fee within the Customer Invoice record.
Once configured you will be able to see the Factoring Fee when you open up your Customer Invoice Record.
ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: Go to Configurations > Invoices > Customer Invoices Tab > Scroll down to the end of the Customer Invoices section > Here you will be able to set Factoring Fee Type (percent or flat) and put in the factoring Fee Rate
Available Drivers
We have updated the Available Drivers list with the Last Trip information and the ability to change a driver's color and filter by it.
Trailer Tracking Integration: Manual Call
We have added the ability to get a location update for a trailer from an externally integrated system with one click.
To use this feature users will first need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click on Fleet Trailer > From the fleet trailer list open up the trailer profile by clicking on the Pen Icon or the Trailer Number > If you scroll down to last known location you will have Get Latest Location button > If you click it it will get location from integration.
Driver Payrolls: View on Mobile App
The driver payrolls have received a very anticipated update! Driver Statements can now be sent to drivers within the Amous Driver App.
To make a Driver Statement available to the driver within the app, You will first need to print the documents within the system. Once you have printed all of the driver statements you will need to click on the three dots next to the Driver Payroll Record > click Show Statements > Select the Document you want to Show on Mobile and click Show on Mobile in the bottom > If you wish to hide a Statement you will select it and click Hide on Mobile in the bottom.To activate this feature - Please reach out to your Amous representative.
