This release includes updates to Driver Cards, Master Invoices, Available Drivers, and MacroPoint Integration, enhancing search, grouping, and tracking features. Additionally, AI capabilities for driver expenses and a new Last Login Date field in User Profiles have been introduced, alongside resolving all known bugs.

Master Invoices


The master invoices detail screen has been updated so that users have access to Master Invoice Actions. 

To access these actions users will first need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click on Master Invoices > From here click on the Pen icon on the left side of any invoice > In the top right corner you will see thee dots > When these three dots are clicked users will be given the ability to Update Invoices, Send to Integrations. Send Via EDI and generate documents for factoring 


Available Drivers


We have made some updates to the Available Drivers list:

- The following Fields have been added: Trip Status, Trip Next Stop, Dispatcher, Driver Dispatching Group

- We have added a Show Team toggle in the top of the screen which will group drivers as teams when toggled

- Location Field has been split into Last Known Location and Future Availability 

- We have added an option, Edit View, in the top middle of the screen which will allow users to select which fields they want to see

- We have added the ability to see all unassigned (planned) trips within the Available Drivers List, if users click on Search Loads in the top right corner it will display all available loads

- We have added the option to Create Order from this screen, all users will need to do is click on Create Order in the top right corner of the screen

To access the Available Driver's List, users will first need to open the main menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Click on Available Drivers 


Driver Cards


The Driver Cards have received a couple of updates in this release:

- Search By Driver/Truck now allows to search by either Driver Name or the Assigned Truck

- When Dispatch by Truck is enabled, you can group by Dispatch Group and Subgroup by assigned Dispatcher (to set this up simply click on the Group Drop Down within the Driver Cards and select Group/Dispatcher)

- When Dispatch by Truck is enabled, the working division will show up on the truck cards  


MacroPoint Integration Updates


We have made some updates to the MacroPoint configurations, we can now set when tracking should be initiated, specifically how many hours before pick up.

If you would like to change this configuration, please reach out to your Amous Representative. 


Driver Expenses - Scan with AI


The driver expenses have been expanded to utilize AI in order to scan uploaded receipts and create Expense record within the system.

In order to access this feature users will first need to open up the main menu by click in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click on Driver> Open the Driver Profile for the driver that has an expense > Go to the Expenses tab > Click the + icon > Use AI Upload on the right

In order to enable AI for your system, please reach out to your Amous Representative  


User Profiles: Last Login Date


We have added Last Login Date as an available field within the Users's list.

In order to add this field to your reports, first you will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Views > Click on Users > Select the Report you would like to Edit from the Reports List > Click Edit Report in the top left corner of the screen > Click Add Field in the left side of the Edit Report form > Select Last Login Date from the Drop-Down > Save as New or Update the existing report
