New Master Invoice updates enable bulk invoice printing and detailed order views, while Dispatching Groups are now reportable in Pivot Tables. Plus, Maestral ELD integration, Geofence Location Types, expanded Fleet Service Issues, auto-generated Service IDs, and multiple bug fixes make fleet and invoice management more efficient than ever! ✅
Master Invoice
We have added a few improvements to the Master Invoices > Edit Master Invoice Screen
To reach this screen users will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click Master Invoice > Click on the Pen icon next to a Master Invoice Record
1. Print Invoices - In the top right corner of the screen there will be two print icons - One to print the Master Invoice Document and the other to Print Invoices which would allow users to print all of the invoices within the Master Invoice
2. Order Details - Users will be able to click on the Orders tab which will allow them to view all of the orders and all of the invoices from each of the orders
Dispatching Groups
The Dispatching Groups have been added as reportable fields to Trip & Order Pivot Tables.
To add this field to one of your reports users will have to open up the Main Menu by clicking the top left corner of the screen > Expand Views > Click on Order or Trip > Click on the Pivot tab > Click Edit Report in the top right of the screen > Click Add Field in the top left of the pop-up form > Select Dispatch Group from the drop-down > Save > Click on Fields icon in the top right > Add the field where necessary > Submit > Save
Maestral ELD
We are happy to announce that Maestral ELD is now integrated with Amous TMS.

Geofence Location
We have added the ability to add Geo Fencing Location Type when creating Geo Fencing Locations
To create a Geo Fencing Location, users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click Geo Fencing Location > Click Create Location in the bottom right > Here you can enter the Geo Fence details and select the type
ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: To add Geo Fencing Location types navigate to Configurations > Fleet General > Click on the + next to Geo Location Type
Fleet Service Issue
We have expanded the Fleet Issues by adding the ability to add sub-types to issues.
To add an issue with a sub-type users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Fleet > Click Issues > Click Add Issue in the bottom right of the screen
ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: To add sub-type options navigate to Configurations > Fleet General > Issue Tab > Click + next to Issue Sub-Type
Fleet Maintenance
We have added Service ID to Fleet Maintenance - This field can be set to autogenerate.
ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: To create a Sequence for Auto Generation first open up the Main Menu > Expand Views > Click on Sequence > Click Add Sequence in the bottom right > Where Used - Select Fleet > Fill out the rest of the form and click Submit > Now you can go to Configurations > Click Fleet General > Maintenance Tab > Set Auto Service ID to YEs and select the Sequence you just created
