The latest update brings powerful new filters to the Dispatch Board, streamlined Master Invoice emailing, and real-time distance tracking on the Load Board. Plus, users can now filter Trailer Maps by idle time, group Driver Cards by truck, and sync orders with trips for seamless data flow—along with Compass Fuel Card integration and various bug fixes! ✅

Load Board


The Load Board feature will now show distance information (Empty Miles and Trip Miles) when users are viewing load details.

To open the Load Board, users will need to click on the Load Boards icon in the bottom left corner of the screen > Create a New Search > Click on One of the results > The distance information can be found on the right side of the Details Screen.

ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: Load Boards may need to be additionally configured - Reach out to your Amous representative for more information.


Trailer Map


The trailer map has been expanded with the ability to filter by Idle Time

Users can click on the Geo Fencing Location switch located in the top corner of the Trailer Map Screen to display geo fencing locations on the map


Dispatch Board Updates


The dispatch board has been expanded with the ability to filter by sub-status using the status drop-down.

To use this ability users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Click on Dispatch Board > Click on the Status column > Select the Status that you want to filter by


Master Invoices


Master Invoices have received a few updates in this release.

1. We have added the ability to send Master Invoices via Email.

To send invoices via email, expand the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click on Master Invoice > Click the 3 dots to the right of the Master Invoice you want to send via email > Click on Print Master Invoice > Select the Template you wish to use > select the document type you want included from the Order > Select any Vendor Specific Document Types that you need to submit > Enable Send Emails by clicking on the switch in the bottom left corner of the pop-up window > If not populated, select who the replies go to > Finally Enter the emails you need to send to and click submit

ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: Administrators can set up the email details within Configurations > Invoices > Customer Invoices Tab > Master Invoices Section

2. When users click on the Order # it will open the order from the side, the same way it does on the dispatch board. 


Driver Cards


Driver Cards can now be set to group by truck - This will allow users to manage Dispatch Groups based on Vehicle Number instead of Driver Name

Users can click on Dispatch by Truck button in the Top Left corner of the Driver Cards screen

To add a vehicle to a dispatch group you will need to go to Main Menu > Expand View > Click Dispatch Group > You can either create a New Dispatch Group or you can update an existing one by clicking on the Three Dots on the Right > Once you are in the Dispatch Group Details Window just add the truck from the drop-down menu


Trip: Trip By Event


We have added the ability to filter by Trip Event which will allow users to create reports that will show all the trip's events not only the first and last event.

To access this users will need to open the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Views > Click on Trips > Go to Trip by Event tab > Click Edit Report in the top right corner of the screen > Build out the report you need and Save it for future use


Trip/Order Synchronization


We have added the ability to turn on Order/Trip Synchronization which would allow the following to synchronize between the order and the trip when there is a Sigle Order > Single Trip relation:

  • Carrier Rate (Service Type & Transportation Mod)

  • Ordered Services

  • Ordered Equipment

  • Special Instructions

  • Internal Instructions

ADMIN INSTRUCTIONS: To enable this navigate to Configurations > Trip > Scroll to the bottom and enable Synchronize With Order for the trip to Synchronize from Order.

Then navigate to Configurations > Trip > Scroll down to the bottom of the General section and enable Synchronize With Trip for the Order to Synchronize from Trip


Compass Fuel Card Integration


We have added Compass Fuel as an available Fuel Card integration allowing you to receive Fuel Costs into your system via API.
