We made some minor improvements to the Dispatch Board allowing for better visibility for Carrier Tracking Mobile App use .

Dispatch Board


  • We have expanded the dispatch board capabilities:

    • 1. Organize By: Mode - We have added the ability to organize Trips/Orders on the Dispatch Board by Mode of Transportation. To set this up, you will need to go to the dispatch board Trip or Order side > Select the report you wish to group by transportation mode > Click on Edit Report in the top right corner of the screen > Set the Organize By to Mode > Update Report or Save As New > Now your report results will be grouped by transportation mode.

    • 2. Show Transportation Mode - The transportation mode of the trip or order can now be displayed on the dispatch board. To turn this on, your system administrator will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Configurations > Click on UI > Click on the Dispatch Board tab > Set Show Transportation Mode to Yes > Click Submit

    • 3. Carrier Tracking Filter - We have added a new filter that can be applied to reports called Driver Tracking App Installed. To set this up, you will need to go to the dispatch board Trip or Order side > Select the report you wish to group by transportation mode > Click on Edit Report in the top right corner of the screen > Add exact matching filter by clicking on the + icon on the right side of the pop up > Select Driver Tracking App Installed > in the middle column select equal > in the last drop-down select either yes or no > Update Report or Save As New > Now your report results will be filtered to show which carrier has/doesn't have the app installed
