Amous TMS now allows users to select and view specific decline reasons for internal dispatch trips, enhancing transparency in dispatch operations. Additionally, the Driver and Vendor Payroll reports have been expanded to include Total Rate Distances as a customizable field, streamlining payroll analysis and reporting.
Carrier Dispatch: Internal Dispatch Decline Reason
We have added the ability to select a Decline Reason when manually declining "Internal Dispatch" trips
Carrier Dispatch Decline Reason
When a carrier declines dispatch, users will be able to see the reason in the Trip Details page.
Driver and Vendor Payroll Report
The Driver and Vendor payroll report has been expanded with the ability to add Total Rate Distances as a reportable field within Driver and Vendor Payrolls.
In order to add this field to one of your reports, you will need to open up the Main Menu by clicking in the top left corner of the screen > Expand Invoices > Click on Payrolls > Click on the the Driver or Vendor Payroll Tabs > Click on Edit Report in the top right corner > Add Field > Select Total Rate Distances from the drop down > Submit
