RTS FTP Integration


We are happy to announce that we have added RTS Financial as one of our Factoring Integrations - This will allow users to send invoices directly to RTS. To set this up in your account, Please contact your Amous Representative. 


Credit Limit Logic


The credit limit logic has received a minor quality-of-life update > Customers will be automatically reactivated once enough Invoices have reached Paid In Full status. 


Macropoint Tracking Frequency


We have updated the Macropoint integration to support a 15-minute tracking frequency - To set this up, please contact your Amous Representative. 


Amazon Location Services


We have integrated with Amazon Location Services to calculate distances. To set this integration up - Please reach out to your Amous Representative. 


Driver App


We have added notifications to the driver app that will remind drivers to share their location if it is unavailable during a status check or when they are in Available Now status. 


Driver Card


The Driver Card Compact View has been updated to show the driver's phone number. 


Route By Load List


We have added Search and Filter by Fields in the Route By Load List. 


Transportation Mode Grouping


  • We have added the ability to define Transportation Mode Groupings. Transportation Mode Groupings are used to map Modes of Transportation with Equipment Type and Service Types that will be available for that mode. So when users are in the Create Order screen, it only shows them the Equipment and Service Types that match the selected Mode of Transportation.

  • To set this up, you will need to go to Main Menu > Configuration > General > Mode of Transportation tab > Click on + next to Transportation Mode Grouping > You can now select Mode of Transportation and all relevant Equipment and Service types 


Updated Bill To logic on Orders


When users change the Customer on an Order - The Order Bill To will be updated to show new customer's information. 


Customer Invoice by Link


When emailing Customer Invoice to customers from the system - The email will now contain a link to retrieve Invoice and Supporting Documents. 


Misc


All known bugs & issues have been fixed. 


Mail Template Updates


When creating a Mail Template that uses Order Status as the trigger, we have updated available Interpolation Values that can be added to the email:

  1. Fleet Information: Driver Name, Truck and Trailer number

  2. Carrier Information: Carrier Name, Driver Name, Truck and Trailer numbers

Additionally, we have expanded these templates to use Trip Status and Trip Status Messages as triggers. To set these up, you will need to open up Main Menu > Configurations > Communication > Notification > First, you will need to create the Mail Template you want to use with the trip as the trigger > Then you will need to create a Notification just bellow Mail Templates and select Trip Status or Trip Status Message as the trigger - Then select the created template in the bottom right of the create notification form.  


Available Drivers


We have added Available Drivers permission to the general user role type and it is required to View and Interact with Available Drivers List. Additionally, the Available Drivers List has been expanded to show more information:

  1. Residence Status - This can be added to the Fleet Driver Profile by going to Main Menu > Fleet >


    Fleet Driver > Citizenship Details

  2. Door Width and Height - This can be added to the Fleet Truck Profile by going to Main Menu > Fleet > Fleet Truck > Truck Specifications

  3. Additional Equipment Type - This dropdown can be expanded on by going into Main Menu > Configurations > Fleet Truck > Additional Equipment Type > Click on the +

The driver app has also been updated to allow drivers to add location info when going into "Available Now" status.  


Load Planner


We have expanded on this feature significantly: 

  1. We have added the ability to add unsigned events to trips from the event details by opening the unassigned event and clicking on the "Add To Trip" button in the top right corner of the pop-up.

  2. We have added the ability to Create Orders from the Load Planner by clicking on the Add Order button in the Top Middle of the Load Planer Screen.
